About the Mobile Campus

Faulkner University has been helping adult students earn degrees and advance their careers in Mobile for more than 45 years. We are proud to be part of the higher education scene in Mobile, one of Alabama’s fastest growing major cities, known for its Southern charm, seafood and nearby beaches.

Your life is busy, so we schedule classes that work with today’s hectic lifestyles in mind. Classes are offered both online and on-ground to accommodate work and family schedules.

Our campus is conveniently located at: 3943 Airport Blvd. in Mobile, close to Interstate 65. See map and directions

The College of Arts and Sciences emphasizes the importance and versatility of a liberal arts education. The degree allows students to obtain an associate degree but also prepares them for entrance to bachelor degree programs in the university’s various colleges.

Associate of Science in Computer Information Science

The A.S. in Computer Information Science provides a foundational introduction to programming, systems analysis, visual programming, and database design through online coursework. Graduates are prepared for entry‑level roles such as junior software developers and may transfer to the fully online Bachelor of Cybersecurity or to one of the on-campus bachelors in computer science.

Associate of Legal Studies (ALS)

The Associate of Legal Studies (ALS) program prepares students for entry‑level paralegal and legal support roles through foundational training in law, research, writing, and ethics, with graduates earning an ABA‑approved paralegal certificate through the Montgomery campus.   • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on all previous college work or a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on at least 12 hours taken with Faulkner.
  • Completion of entrance competencies.
  • Preferred minimum age of 23.
