Program Objectives
Faulkner University strives to be a leader in fire science education, preparing students to find fulfilling careers as fire science professionals. We are proud to offer innovative coursework taught by faculty who draw on their extensive field experience. With a grounding in Christian perspectives and morals, students gain preparation for careers in:
- Fire department administration and executive leadership
- Fire and building code enforcement
- Fire inspections and approvals
- Fire department occupational health and safety

Admission Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on all previous college work or a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on at least 12 hours taken with Faulkner.
- Completion of entrance competencies.
- Preferred minimum age of 23.

Program Information
Faulkner University’s Bachelor of Fire Science Management (FSM) can be completed fully online. Courses are divided into six eight-week modules that must be completed within three semesters.
