Embracing Ability. Equipping Leaders. Fostering Inclusion.

Join us at the Together Conference as we welcome Jillian Palmiotto, Founder and Executive Director of Together We Care, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping families, empowering individuals with disabilities, and helping churches, schools, and community organizations create meaningful opportunities for inclusion.

Drawing from her experience as a special education teacher, disability ministry leader, and advocate, Jillian brings practical insights and real-world strategies that help educators, caregivers, and church leaders build environments where every individual feels valued, welcomed, and supported. Her engaging and encouraging approach provides attendees with actionable tools to strengthen disability inclusion, foster belonging, and empower individuals of all abilities to thrive.

Whether you’re serving in the classroom, leading a ministry, supporting a family member, or developing inclusive programs within your organization, you’ll leave with resources, inspiration, and a renewed vision for creating communities where everyone belongs.

Who should attend the Together Conference?

The Together Conference is designed for church leaders, educators, caregivers, disability ministry teams, and anyone passionate about creating more inclusive environments for individuals with disabilities and their families. Attendees will gain practical tools, resources, and strategies to foster belonging in their schools, churches, and communities.

Will Continuing Education Units (CEUs) be available?

Yes. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for educators who attend the conference. Additional details regarding CEU requirements and documentation will be provided at the event.

Is breakfast and lunch included?

Yes. Breakfast and lunch are included with your conference registration. During the registration process, you will be asked to select your meal preference.

What topics will be covered?

Sessions will focus on creating inclusive environments, supporting individuals with disabilities, building sustainable disability ministries, strengthening volunteer teams, promoting independence, and providing practical strategies that can be implemented immediately in educational and ministry settings. 

Who is the keynote speaker?

Our keynote speaker is Jillian Palmiotto, Founder and Executive Director of Together We Care. Jillian is a respected advocate, educator, and disability inclusion leader who equips families, churches, and organizations with practical tools and resources to foster meaningful inclusion. 

Is the conference accessible?

Yes. We are committed to creating an accessible and welcoming experience for all attendees. Accessible entrances and accommodations are available throughout the event.

Where should I park?

Conference parking will be clearly marked, and event staff will direct attendees to the most convenient parking areas and accessible building entrances.

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook or device for taking notes, questions for discussion, and a willingness to learn and connect with other leaders, educators, and caregivers who share a passion for inclusion.

Will conference materials be provided?

Yes. Attendees will receive access to conference resources, handouts, and practical tools that can be used in their schools, ministries, and organizations following the event.

How do I register?

Registration information and event updates will be available through the conference registration page. Early registration is encouraged as seating may be limited.
