Program Objectives
The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (HRM) online program adheres to the same standards for quality education and Christian morality that all of our on-campus and online programs offer. Our instructional approach is grounded in this ethical framework, providing a lifelong guide to professional life that fits your values. You’ll work with like-minded peers and dedicated instructors with extensive field experience to prepare you for the real-life demands of the human resource field. Coursework is tailored to address the growing impact of globalization, outsourcing, and constant technical change, so students are ready to enter the field with a fresh perspective and the technical and theoretical knowledge required for on-the-job results.

- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on all previous college coursework.
- Completion of entrance competencies as listed for a total of 66 hours of core credit.
- Minimum 23 years of age.

Program Information
The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (HRM) online program is designed with an accelerated pace that allows completion in one year once all core requirements have been completed. The program includes six seven-week modules with start dates every eight weeks to meet your scheduling needs. Course modules include:
