The QM Certification Mark is a globally recognized symbol of online and blended course design quality, reflecting Faulkner’s ongoing commitment to providing learners with effective and engaging learning environments.
The certification follows Faulkner’s dedication to continuous improvement, particularly through the efforts of instructors Stephen Frisby, Sandy Ledwell, and Brenda Turner, whose courses were recognized for their exceptional design. The courses are now listed in the QM directory of certified courses.

The QM Official Review is conducted by QM-certified reviewers who apply the QM Rubric and associated standards, which are grounded in research and best practices. To receive the QM Certification Mark, a course must meet at least 85% of the rubric standards and all essential criteria.
