Nathan Lindsay was afforded a unique opportunity through Faulkner University to work for former Alabama Governor Bob Riley.
That opportunity launched him on his current career path in politics.
Lindsay graduated from Faulkner in 2005 with Bachelor of Arts in history. For his internship he worked in the office of Governor Bob Riley and was hired in 2006 as the governor’s Deputy Press Secretary and then as Press Secretary for the Bob Riley campaign.
He is currently Vice President of Political Affairs and Regional Operations for the Business Council of Alabama and Executive Director of Progress PAC. He also serves as Chair of Alabama GRIT, supporting Alabama’s College and Career Ready Standards project.
Lindsay was also honored as this year’s Distinguished Alumnus for Behavioral and Social Sciences.
