Freshmen and sophomore women are assigned to Margaret Harris Residence Hall and sophomore and junior women are assigned to Burton Residence Hall. Students qualifying may apply to live in campus apartments if available.
Harris Residence Hall
Margaret Harris residence hall houses all freshman women and some sophomore female students. Harris is set up for two females in a room each having a bed with an extra long twin mattress, closet or wardrobe, dresser or chest, and desk with chair. All rooms have a full bathroom for the two to share. Additionally, Harris Residence hall has a laundry area, A/C, as well as a central lobby with a TV (with basic Cable TV) . There is a computer area for students and also an exercise room and kitchen that students may reserve for group parties or meetings.
Burton Residence Hall
Burton Residence Hall is for sophomore and junior female students. This hall is set up for two females in a room each having a bed with an extra long twin mattress, closet or wardrobe, dresser or chest, and desk with chair. All rooms have a full bathroom for the two to share. Burton Hall also has a laundry area, A/C, as well as a central lobby with a TV (with basic Cable TV).
SUPERVISION:
Each residence hall is supervised by a full-time Resident Director (RD), who has an apartment located just off the residence hall lobby. The RD’s are available to assist students as the need arises.
