Completion letters are for students who have completed degree requirements (applied for degree conferral, paid appropriate fee, all grades posted, have received department chair and dean’s approval for their degree conferral) but who are not scheduled to be conferred until the end of the semester. **If your degree has already been conferred, do not use this form; you will need to request a transcript at parchment.com Due to the high volume of request forms, please allow seven (7) business days for processing. Degree completion letters will not be processed during April, May, August, or December.
