Ron Lambert has been working at Faulkner University since 2003. Prior to that, he worked in the wireless telecommunications industry for 20 years in marketing and management positions, serving in roles of region director for Cellular One and area vice president for the AT&T Wireless startup affiliate. Responsible for sales, operations and profitability in Alabama and Georgia markets, Lambert now draws upon this professional background to enrich the classroom experience.
In addition to serving as the director of the Executive BBA Program and BSB Program, Lambert teaches Principles of Marketing and Marketing Management for the traditional undergraduate programs. He has also taught Effective Interpersonal Relations, Readings in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Small Business Management, and Business Ethics and Values for the executive BBA and HRM undergraduate programs. Lambert earned his MBA degree in marketing from Auburn University Montgomery and a bachelor’s degree in geology from Auburn University. He is currently working on a Ph.D. in public administration and policy from Auburn University.
When he is not working, Lambert spends much of his free time playing basketball or traveling and spending time with family.
