Program Objectives
The field of sport management is vast, offering several opportunities for rewarding careers. Students enrolled in our B.S. in Sports, Recreation, and Fitness Management program learn the skills they need to take the lead in their area of expertise. Common career paths for students with a sports management degree include:

Admission Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate with a regular or advanced diploma or have a GED certificate
- If out of high school for less than five years, ACT (minimum 18 composite) or SAT (minimum 970) scores are required. ACT or SAT scores are not required for anyone having graduated high school more than five years ago.
- ACT or SAT scores are not required for transfer applicants with a minimum of 24 transferable hours from a regionally accredited college or university.

Program Information
Faulkner University offers degree programs online and at campuses in Montgomery, Mobile, Birmingham, and Huntsville, Alabama. We pride ourselves on providing a well-rounded education in a positive, engaging Christian learning environment. Made up of a minimum of 120 hours, our Bachelor of Science in Sports, Recreation, and Fitness Management program balances classroom instruction and laboratory learning for a well-rounded educational experience. Additionally, students are required to participate in an externship where they’ll gain valuable firsthand experience in the field.Â
