College of Health Sciences Flight to Faulkner Program
Concurrent enrollment allows students enrolled at a primary institution to take courses at Faulkner University to allow for a collaborative and seamless concurrent enrollment and transfer process. This ensures that students received transfer credit from academic courses and ongoing, collaborative student advising.

Intent to Transfer Form
Student Requirements
1. Students must meet all general college admissions requirements at the primary institution and then apply for concurrent enrollment through the primary institution. This is done through the concurrent enrollment application at the primary institution.
2. Students are approved to participate in concurrent enrollment by both the primary institution and Faulkner University. The student must submit a college application to Faulkner University. There is no application fee for concurrent enrollment students to submit this application to Faulkner.
3. The concurrently enrolled student must take the courses outlined in the Flight to Faulkner pathway. Only the courses specified in the pathway are available for concurrent enrollment.
4. Students must complete Faulkner’s “Intent to Transfer” form at the beginning of the 4th semester.
Guaranteed Seats
1. Students must complete the listed general education courses with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.5 for guaranteed admission to Faulkner's Upper‐Division BSN program.
2. Students must complete Faulkner's "Intent to Transfer" form at the beginning of the 4th semester.
3. Students with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least a 2.75 are eligible to apply for admission to Faulkner’s Upper Division BSN program, but there is no guarantee of admission.
