The Faulkner University College of Health Sciences Early Acceptance Program (CHS-EAP) is dedicated to engaging and empowering exceptional high school juniors and seniors who are passionate about pursuing a career in health sciences. This innovative program aims to enrich their academic journey, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success during their undergraduate studies. The CHS-EAP guarantees that students will embark on their future careers within a nurturing Christian environment, fostering both academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Program Information and Benefits

High school students may apply for the CHS-EAP program beginning January 1 of their junior year and until April 1 of their senior year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Students will be selected to participate based on specific criteria (academic performance, leadership experience, service, personal statement) that assess which applicants are likely to excel in the BSN program and in future careers as healthcare providers. Accepted students will be given the opportunity to participate in CHS-EAP program events, advising, community activities, and various dual enrollment opportunities including an ‘Introduction to Health Sciences’ course.

Students accepted into the CHS-EAP program are guaranteed acceptance into the BSN program upon successful completion of prerequisite coursework at Faulkner University, the completion of all program admission requirements at the time of anticipated entry into the BSN program, and the completion of any requirements of the CHS-EAP program.
