In order to be considered for acceptance at Faulkner, applicants must submit:

- An official high school transcript (sent directly from the high school to Faulkner)
- 2 letters of recommendation
Requesting a high school transcript
To get an official high school transcript sent to Faulkner, students can either go by the high school office in person and request that the transcript be sent, or they can print a high school transcript request and send it directly to Faulkner. Sending the request to Faulkner is the better option, because we can then request your transcript for acceptance purposes, and then request another one in the summer after your graduation. Does your high school charge money to send your transcript? You could make online payments, and we’ll send it to them along with your request.
You’ve got enough to do in your senior year already…. make it easy on yourself by printing the request, signing it (we’ve got to have your signature before your school will release your transcript to us) and sending it back to us at:
