Choosing to teach at the secondary level means stepping into a pivotal role during one of the most formative periods in a student’s life. As a secondary educator, you have the opportunity to shape critical thinking, foster a love for literature and language, and prepare students for college, careers, and life.

Teaching English in middle and high schools allows you to inspire creativity, improve communication skills, and encourage lifelong learning.
