Admission Requirements

Must be a high school graduate with a regular or advanced diploma or have a GED certificate
If out of high school for less than five years, ACT (minimum 18 composite) or SAT (minimum 970) scores are required. ACT or SAT scores are not required for anyone having graduated high school more than five years ago.
ACT or SAT scores are not required for transfer applicants with a minimum of 24 transferable hours from a regionally accredited college or university.

Program Information

Computer Science is primarily concerned with information processes, the structure and procedures needed to represent them, and the systems needed to implement them. The computer science degrees provide a strong theoretical background to this exciting and rewarding discipline. In addition to the Computer Science coursework, graduates will have substantial depth and breadth in mathematics and physics.

What is Rolling Admissions?

The program evaluates PTCAS verified applications from June 15th until May 1st. This means that we conduct interviews both in the fall and spring semesters. Rather than admitting applicants all at once, we make admission decisions throughout the year.
