Loan Disbursement Policy for Programs in Modules

Student loans are processed for ONE semester at a time for the Adult undergraduate students on the Main Campus, MED and MJA graduate programs, AND those enrolled in the Associate Degree programs at the Extension Centers in Birmingham, Mobile and Huntsville. Loans for students enrolled in the BBA, BCJ, or HRM programs may cover more than one semester, based on the request of the student and academic calendar arrangement for any particular site. The number of loan disbursements is based on the number of modules of enrollment per semester. Loans that cover only one module of a semester will have two disbursement dates in the module attended.
