Faulkner University leadership announced today that tickets are sold out to its Annual Benefit Dinner, to be held on Thursday October 3 at the Renaissance Convention Center in downtown Montgomery and will feature Nick Saban, according to Rebecca Burylo, a spokesperson for Faulkner University.

The event is a longstanding tradition and a red-letter event on the social calendar every year for Montgomery and the River Region.

“This year’s event will not only be an opportunity to hear from Alabama football coaching legend, Nick Saban, but it will also be an opportunity to honor and shine a light on the sacrifices foster and adoptive parents make and the love they bestow on children in need,” Burylo said. “It’s a topic close to Saban’s heart as well. He and his wife Terry founded Nick’s Kids, an organization that has gone above and beyond to care for and support organizations that support adopted children, foster care children, and any child who is in critical need.”

Proceeds from the dinner go to support the university, and primarily, student scholarships. Over the years, many students have benefited from receiving scholarships thanks to the generosity of those who attend these benefit dinners.
