Faulkner Law Review, Volume 5, Issue 2

The Editorial Board seeks authors for Volume 5, Issue 2, Spring 2014. The Faulkner Law Review publishes a varied body of legal scholarship with the purpose of advancing legal discussion of timely theoretical and practical legal issues among the professional and academic communities.

The Faulkner Law Review welcomes unsolicited manuscripts from professors, practicing attorneys, and students. Manuscripts should be no more than 25,000 words, including footnotes, and be accompanied by the author's resume or curriculum vitae. Citations in manuscripts should follow the form prescribed in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2005).

For consideration for Volume 5, Issue 2, Spring 2014, an initial draft must be submitted by December 10, 2013. In order to facilitate the editing and publication process, authors whose manuscripts are selected will be expected to submit a final draft of their completed article by January 10, 2014. Dates are subject to reasonable accommodation.
