Two more Faulkner personnel have now received doctorates in their fields of study. Idongesit Mkpong-Ruffin earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Auburn University. Jendia Grissett completed her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership, Policy and Law from Alabama State University. Her dissertation was the first study of its kind to concentrate on the social work population in schools. Ruffin, associate professor of computer sciences, and Grissett, research and assessment specialist, both earned their degrees December 2008.
