Paul Bowersock, senior vice president of Alltel Corp., spoke to a special assembly of all business majors in September. Students were given a glimpse of how the principles they are learning are put into practice in an everyday business setting. Bowersock praised Faulkner’s ethics-based education.

“Results matter, but how you get there is more important,” said Bowersock. “Companies are not tolerating those who plow through and leave a trail of dead bodies behind them. In your business and in your personal life, focusing on doing right will keep your career on the right path for the long run.”
