Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law does not unlawfully discriminate on any basis protected by applicable federal or state law in connection with its educational policies, admissions, financial aid, employment, education programs or activities. Employers seeking to interview students on-campus are encouraged to agree to abide by this policy of non-discrimination. Military representatives are encouraged to be open and informative regarding the terms of their non-discrimination policies, if different than the terms herein. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of firms/employers and their supervisors to take appropriate action to prevent harassment of students employed in their services and to avoid illegal or inappropriate dissemination of students' personal information. Any employer found by the University to have violated this policy may be subject to being prohibited from using the job posting service.
