Academic Programs
The College of Education offers programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels leading to teaching certification in the State of Alabama. The common goal of all programs is to prepare highly qualified, devoted, and reflective professionals.

All Teacher Education Programs at Faulkner University are approved by the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE). Because of the necessity to remain current with the changes that may occur in certification by the State Board of Education, the College of Education reserves the right to change the requirements in each Teacher Education Program as necessary. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to be aware of and to follow his or her State-Approved Teacher Education Program as shown on the appropriate State-Approved Checklist and stay abreast of any program changes that may occur.
