Faulkner University

New Employees

All newly hired employees are required to complete and submit the following documents:

  • Federal W-4 (Federal Tax Form)

  • Alabama A-4 (State Tax Form)

  • Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)**
    Complete Section 1 on Page 7; Print and submit pages 7 & 8

    **NOTE: You will need to present the proper identification with submission of the I-9. Refer to the list of Acceptable Documents on the last page of Form I-9.
    Photocopied and expired documents are not acceptable.

 

Employment with Faulkner University is conditional upon a satisfactory background check and verification of work authorization through E-Verify.
