Faulkner University's Human Resources department wants to be of service to you! While our faculty and staff are hard at work taking care of our students, we focus on taking care of our student workers, employees and prospective employees.
We want to enable our employees to better serve our University community by helping them with important aspects of their own lives. Our department provides assistance with benefits, such as retirement and multiple types of insurance; compensation; employee relations; and professional development. In addition, we are a place where our employees can seek mediation and/or other assistance with employment issues.
Our department is also here to provide assistance for our employees to perform at their best. We interpret and develop personnel policies and procedures, assist with the hiring process, direct performance management, and provide overall guidance to supervisors in all aspects of employee matters.
For our prospective employees we aim to assist in the hiring process and provide information about our open positions and benefits. We want to make your experience of seeking employment with us a good one!
