Pied Pipers
A unique and fun-loving offshoot of the theatre department, Pied Pipers is a performance troupe that specializes in improvisation, comedy, and fun skits for children. The troupe enjoys performing for and interacting with children of all ages.
Auditions to join the troupe are held every fall semester within the first week of classes. Membership for Pied Pipers is valid for one year.
If selected to be a member of the Pied Pipers students will attend rehearsals each week and must attend all performances. Rehearsals are usually held Friday afternoons from 1pm - 3 p.m.
Rehearsals help perfect the students' art of storytelling as well as learning a variety of stories in preparation for future performances.
Throughout the year, Pied Pipers will perform at daycare centers, elementary schools and churches.
